How you can help us to improve
We want to hear what you think about the service you are receiving. There are a number of ways to do this
- speak to a member of staff in the organisation providing you with support. They will tell you how to provide feedback directly to them. They will listen, learn and improve, without any negative impact to you or the service you are receiving
- get in touch directly with us. We have either directly funded or used Scottish Government funding to contract the employability partner to deliver your service, on our behalf. You can contact us
- by emailing edinburghguarantee@edinburgh.gov.uk
- or by phoning 0131 529 3525.
- Contact the Scottish Government directly. You can reach them
- by phone between 10-4pm, Monday to Friday – 0800 084 8108
- by email – employabilityfeedback@gov.scot
- online by completing a feedback form –www.employabilityinscotland.com/contact/.
If you are still unhappy, please contact the Independent Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) by visiting www.spso.org.uk or calling 0800 377 7330.
