We want to provide the services you need, when you need them. To do this we will
- include you in the design of our services - by including you in the design of our services we can ensure that we have services available that are right for you
- listen to what you tell us about our services - we value your feedback. By listening to you and making changes based on this, we ensure we are always improving and providing the best service possible.
- work in partnership with employability services to ensure that you get the right support, either from one provider or from multiple providers in our network
- share best practice across our network of employability providers - by sharing our learning and what works to support you, we can improve service delivery locally and nationally
- ensure our staff are well trained, knowledgeable and can support you effectively
- be open and transparent - if we make changes, we will tell you why this is necessary.
To do this, we ask that you
- are open and transparent with us - tell us what is working well and what could be improved
- help us to understand your circumstances as you are the expert in this area.
