The Parental Employability Support (PES) team also support parents while they’re employed, offering free one-to-one support to help retain and sustain fair work.
We can mediate between you and your employer, helping you to submit a flexible working request.
We can also help you grow professionally by providing access to funding to upskill yourself. This fund is called Transition Fund, and is destined to cover any employability related needs you might have, such as translation costs, training courses, qualifications, clothes for work, etc. We assess all applications on a case-to-case basis.
