Job Description

Office based, working in a small team, you will learn how businesses work, how to speak professionally with clients, and how recruitment operates, all while being supported by experienced consultants. No experience is required, as we will provide full training and support you as you grow. 

  • Advertise vacancies and support candidate attraction initiatives
  • Book and coordinate staff shifts to help maintain high fill rates
  • Update and maintain accurate records using recruitment and CRM systems
  • Carry out right to work checks and assist with compliance documentation
  • Maintain training records and candidate onboarding paperwork
  • Respond to customer and candidate enquiries via phone and email
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and filing
  • Book and fill shifts while working towards maintaining a high shift fill rate
  • Assist with recruitment compliance processes (right to work checks, training records, documentation)
  • Develop new business through phone calls and emails
  • Maintain existing staff and customer relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
  • National 5 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good computer skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Positive, reliable and willing to learn.
