Manage the repairs management system, ensuring that works orders are accurately recorded, updated and progressed throughout their lifecycle.

Monitor the status of responsive repairs and maintenance works, updating records to maintain accurate audit trails and management information.

Close completed works orders and raise follow-on works where additional repairs or inspections are required.

Monitor contractor performance and completion times, identifying delays and escalating issues where appropriate.

Arrange appointments with tenants, contractors and colleagues, ensuring access requirements are coordinated effectively.

Prepare and issue correspondence relating to repairs, including no-access letters, appointment confirmations and planned works notifications.

Maintain accurate communication records within housing management and asset management systems.

- Skills and Qualifications

- 5 National 5s including English
- Confident using Microsoft Applications including Word and Excel
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Additional Information

- You will work towards SCQF Level 6 in Business and Administration through Elite Training.
- You will learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, teamwork, and how to use our in-house IT systems and databases, diary management and emails.
- You will also learn how to manage your diary and time allocated to tasks.
