Free English classes for ESOL members of the community.
What will I get?
As an extension we provide further reading and language opportunities between the two classes based on Bible material.
When
Classes are held every Tuesday 1.30pm to 2.45pm and 5pm to 6:15pm on the following seven months of each year:
February, March, May, June, September, October, November.
Where
Classes are normally held at Carrubbers Christian Centre, 65 High Street, Edinburgh EH11SR.
However, during 2026 they are being held in a church hall nearby: St Columba’s Free Church, Johnston Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2PW. This is very close to the Royal Mile and entry is by the red back door - down Upper Bow and turn right on to Victoria Terrace.

There will usually be space for students who turn up. You can register on arrival. However, to make sure of a place you can contact us using the following information:
