Brief summary
A mental health and well-being resource centre for Edinburgh. We provide self-help tools and signpost to other services. We empower you to find the support that is right for you.
What does the support look like?
iThrive brings together self-help resources, news and stories, and a directory of mental health and wellbeing services across Edinburgh.
Our directory includes details of:
- one-to-one counselling
- group support
- online tools
- community projects and more.

We provide filters to help people search for the service that is right for them.

Our self-help section offers practical tools and trusted information to support with anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, body image and the cost of living.
What will I get?
Our self-help resources cover a wide range of formats including factsheets, videos, podcasts, apps, and lived-experience stories on topics such as anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, body image, neurodiversity, winter wellbeing, and cost of living.
We also offer resources tailored specifically for carers, students, the LGBTQI+ community, minority ethnic groups, and veterans.
When
You can access self-help materials anytime, and each service lists its opening hours clearly, so you always know when support is available.
