Springboard provides consistent, flexible, and personalised mentoring. We help young people to overcome barriers, build confidence, and take steps forward into education, employment, and independent living.
What does the support look like?
Springboard adopts a person-centred, 1:1 mentoring model which empowers young people by:
• Setting measurable and achievable goals tailored to individual needs.
• Providing consistent and flexible support that adapts as the young person’s confidence, skills, and aspirations grow.
• Ensuring no wrong door: young people can return for support at any point, even after their case has closed.
