What does the support look like?
VOCAL (Voice of Carers Across Lothian) supports and empowers unpaid carers in Edinburgh and Midlothian through individual support, information, training and access to services.

• Financial entitlements
• Wills and trusts
• Power of Attorney and Guardianship
• Self-directed Support
• 1:1 support from a Carer Support Practitioner
• Peer support
• Peer mentoring: 1:1 match with another carer
• Local groups for your area or your type of caring role
• Free events and activities
• Information on specific caring roles, such as parent carers, working carers, young adult carers, or dementia carers

• Second-hand mobility equipment for sale
