Brief summary
The Employability Service is for anyone aged 16+ who is either unemployed or, working 16hrs or less, or is in unstable work such as zero hours contracts and wish to volunteer with an aim to secure future employment.
What does the support look like?
In one-to-one appointments and group courses our work coaches will assist to identify skills, talents and aspirations, build transferrable skills, confidence and self-belief and explore how volunteering can be used as a stepping stone to employment.
We also provide career coaching and guidance alongside help with CV’s, job applications and interviews.
What will I get?
• 1:1 support & group workshops/courses
• volunteering
• 1:1 support (depending on capacity)
When
The service is delivered in person, by phone or online. Group courses run 3-4 times a year.
