Triage provide support for parents or guardians who are looking for support with soft skills including social anxiety, increase your confidence and self-belief, motivation or if you aren’t sure what to do next to meet your preferred goals. We can provide employability support with CV creation and update, interview techniques, application forms and effective job searching.
What does the support look like?
Our support is designed around your needs, and at your pace, we can start with one-to-one support and gradually build to small group activities where appropriate. Your dedicated key worker will link in with other organisations for activities to provide the right experiences and support for you.
What will I get?
You will get a personalised journey where you and your Key Worker will work together to achieve the goals to help you progress, through 1:1 support, and progressing to small groups where appropriate.
Our activities and support are guided by you to help you reach your goals.
