Brief summary
Triage provide support for you if you are aged 16-19 (up to 26 if you have a disability or care experienced) and not feeling confident about your next steps. We can help increase your confidence, build new skills, support you with coping tools for anxiety and life skills. We will progress to employability skills and help prepare you for the next steps in your journey.
What does the support look like?
Our support is designed around your needs, and at your pace, we can start with one-to-one support and gradually build to small group activities. Your dedicated key worker will link in with other organisations for activities to provide the right experiences and support for you.

Our activities are guided by you and what you would enjoy and like to take part in.
