RUTS are a vocational and employability training provider. We deliver activities, programmes and qualifications to young people aged 16 to 24. We support skills for work and skills for life.

The INSPIRE project offers a wide range of activities and services.
What does the support look like?
Employability Training:

RUTS have a dedicated team of employability workers and progression coordinators. We deliver bespoke support from our base in Penicuik, Midlothian. We also deliver via an outreach service across Edinburgh. Our team are on hand to offer a wider support service for all participants engaged in any RUTS programme. We support every participant’s ‘Journey to Success’.

Vocational Training:

RUTS vocational programmes are themed around motorbikes, bicycles and boxing/general fitness. You will complete a series of practical activities based on the chosen theme. Employability and personal development are at the core of every programme. These services are mobile and can be delivered across Edinburgh.
