The service targets black and multiethnic women. It helps those thinking about joining the job market. Many face barriers from social structures and cultural gender norms. These norms often limit women's roles at home, keeping them out of the workforce. .
What does the support look like?
We accept students and young people for placements, work experience or internships. We are also continuing our volunteering programme for people of all ages in need of workplace skills. ESOL classes are available.
