We offer themed job progression opportunities for 16 to 30-year-olds through our Get a Job programmes. We also support you if you're looking to start a business.
What does the support look like?
An initial induction and onboarding appointment is one day. Programmes range from a few days, up to 4 weeks' work placement with an industry organisation.
What will I get?
1:1 support of up to 6 months post programme. The majority of programmes will offer a qualification. Most programmes offer a guaranteed interview for available opportunities. 'Get Into' programmes offer work placement opportunities.
When
We aim to have at least 2 programmes every quarter, running from the beginning to the end of each financial year.
Where
Varied locations depending on partners. All partners are within Edinburgh City Region.
What can I do next?
Up to 6 months' post-programme support and the opportunity to progress onto other internal programmes. An example pathway is Get Started to Get Into, Get Into to Get Hired, or any of the above to Enterprise.
