We run a volunteer programme for people aged 14 and over. It helps you volunteer and gain learning accreditation. This progresses with age and can lead to a paid apprenticeship as a trainee youth worker.

Seeds of the Future: A Multi-Access Pathway to a Career in Youth Work
Seeds of the Future is a training and work placement programme for young people aged 14-26. It focuses on an internship in youth work. GY has developed a multi-access pathway for volunteers. You can complete learning using the Youth Scotland National Induction checklist for Youth Work. This includes accredited learning through Youth Achievement Awards and practical work experience
