What does the support look like?
The Focus on Recruitment and Training (FORT) programme helps you find and keep jobs in Fort Kinnaird and nearby areas. FKRSC runs this programme, supported by British Land. You can get personal help from an employability officer. They will help guide you through the recruitment process.

We focus on getting people into work. Our support includes CV and cover letter writing, interview skills, and job matching. We aim to bridge knowledge gaps and assist with job applications.

Additionally, we will connect jobseekers with further support tailored to their needs. This may include advice on budgeting, welfare rights, mental health, and childcare support.
What will I get?
As a Recruitment and Skills Centre, we understand the challenges that you face in finding work. We strive to support jobseekers in whatever way we can. This includes:

• CV Support.
• Guidance on the completion of application forms.
• Signposting you to current vacancies across Fort Kinnaird and surrounding areas.
• The use of computers for job searching.
• Assist with interview preparation.
• Confidence building.
When
3 courses per year, 1:1 support available throughout the whole year.
