Brief summary
A supportive online community of 20,000 people in Scotland who want to work and recruit flexibly. We advocate for greater flexibility and equality at work.
What does the support look like?
Members can seek and give support on anything related to 'work that works.' This includes employability, employment rights, and job search help. Anyone can post vacancies. Job posts are free of charge and you can join from a personal Facebook profile or a business page. All job posts must #ShowTheSalary and #StateTheFlex. Flexible work is defined as anything other than Mon-Fri, 9-5 in one location. Employability providers and groups focusing on fair work, flexible work, parental employment, and employment rights can join the community for free. You can use it for recruiting participants, research, and campaigning.
