Brief summary
This service helps people with a disability or a long-term health condition to find employment. In-work support is also provided.
What does the support look like?
You can get 1:1 tailored support to look for work or to help you in your current role. We also have built-in welfare advice provisions for you to access.
What will I get?
The 1:1 support can include CV writing, interview preparation, and training. You can also get support to identify workplace adaptations or make a claim to Access to Work. We use action planning and vocational profiling to understand your employment needs.
When
The support lasts as long as you require to find a job and feel secure in the new or sustained role.
Where
We work in the community meeting you where you feel comfortable. We also have an office based in the city centre.
What can I do next?
The programme helps you find a sustainable job. If you are already employed, it will support you to progress or keep your current roles.
