What does the support look like?
We are a local team passionate about helping young people with care experience. If you need extra help to make the big transitions, we are here for you. Whether you are looking for a job, entering parenthood, or moving to your own home, we can help you face any challenge.
What will I get?
Community-based support for vulnerable and care-experienced young people (including young families) as they transition to independent life, work, and wellbeing.

• 1-1 session and group work

When
We work flexibly to meet the needs of each young person. We can meet at times and in ways that work best, including evening and weekends.
We hold 2 groups a week at our well being hub at St Johns Road:
A peer led toddler group every Tuesday
Young Person drop in every Thursday

What can I do next?
We provide opportunities to participate in our young person committee. We can also help you access volunteering opportunities or peer mentoring.
