This service supports people with complex barriers into education, training or employment. This includes people in recovery from: substance or alcohol misuse, previous offending behaviour, homelessness, and other complex issues.
We focus on helping people furthest from the labour market. You can build your skills, find new opportunities and move into employment.
What does the support look like?
The service offers 1:1 caseworker support. You can establish a positive, consistent relationship with one worker. You will work through personal development action plans with your Caseworker. Progress is regularly reviewed to ensure that you are getting the most out of the course. All support and training is delivered in a safe and supportive environment.
What will I get?
Encompass offers individualised, skill-based training. You can access a wide range of employability opportunities. This includes supportive work placements and volunteering. You will gain qualifications in core communication and employability skills.
