Brief summary
We offer 1:1 support to anyone looking to find employment, training/education or volunteering. We can signpost to partners/other support services. This can be either working for the first time, or returning to the workforce after a break.
What does the support look like?
We provide intensive, tailored support to progress you on your journey into employment. This may include CV building, job applications, confidence building. It can also involve motivational support, assessment support, interview preparation. When you are ready, we can set up direct contact with employers.
What will I get?
We provide 1:1 tailored support. This can include:
• Job Outcome
• Volunteer Placement
• Further Training enrolment
• Course completion
When
Open. After the initial registration appointment, client engagement will be weekly. This will continue for as long as you need to reach your goals agreed in journey plan.
Where
Over the phone, email, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom, or face to face within Wester Hailes Job Centre.
