Brief summary
The Futureheads Employability project supports young people aged 16 –19 into employment, education, training and voluntary work.
What does the support look like?
We provide employability support for school leavers and young people aged 16-19. We run a Careers Café (Wednesdays 1pm-3pm) – you can drop in and get support to develop CVs, apply for job/training/college and prepare for interviews.

We provide accredited training opportunities (First Aid, Food Hygiene and others).

There are volunteering opportunities at the Citadel and other agencies.
You will get 1:1 support to address barriers to progression, including mental health.
What will I get?
You will get support to progress to employment, training or further education.
We provide accredited training and volunteering opportunities to boost CVs.
