Brief summary
If you are not in employment, education or training, we can help.

We provide employability support for school leavers and young people aged 16-19 who are at just beginning their job-seeking journey.

We support young people from four cluster schools in North Edinburgh. These are Leith Academy, Trinity Academy, Drummond Community High School and Broughton High School.
What does the support look like?
We run a Careers Café (Wednesdays 1pm-3pm). This service offers drop-in employability support. We can help to write CVs, apply for jobs / training / college and prepare for interviews.

We provide accredited training opportunities (First Aid, Food Hygiene etc).

We offer volunteering opportunities at the Citadel and other agencies.

We will help address any barriers you might face, including mental health and well-being.
What will I get?
You will receive a 1:1 support worker to help guide your journey.

We can provide real world work experience with as much support as you need. This will help you get references, new skills and qualifications.

You will get support to progress to employment, training or further education.

When registered with us, you qualify for EMA payments (Educational Maintenance Allowance).
