Brief summary
We offer 1:1 support where a project worker will identify the barriers you face to employment or progression. This could include childcare, getting qualifications recognised or CV support. We will co-create a strengths-based action plan. Together, we will identify actions to address each barrier and need.
What does the support look like?
The Programme will support parents to enhance existing skills. You can also gain a variety of new skills to help you settle in a new country.
What will I get?
• 1-2-1 support Social/wellbeing groups
• Access to training
• Support to write CV/prepare for interviews
• ESOL support for employment
• Access to a counsellor

The programme lasts 12 weeks.
