Brief summary
We offer employability support for those who are looking to get into work, volunteering or training. We work 1:1 and can take you through the entire employability pipeline, from pre-employability to in-work support. This is only for individuals who have a conviction/s.
What does the support look like?
We offer trauma-informed mentoring either in job centres, food banks or cafes. We empower clients to achieve short/long-term goals.
What will I get?
We can give disclosure advice and training, CV creating and editing as well as interview advice and practice. We also have £200 per client for ID requirements and training (such as CSCS or SIA Security).

We support you to job search and apply for suitable work/volunteering/placements. We can also provide in-work support.
When
This is a rolling programme, please refer as and when necessary. Duration on this programme is flexible and decided on how long you feel you need.
Where
High Riggs/Leith/Wester Hailes job centres. We also have drop ins and regularly visit Social Bite and Edinburgh Food Project food banks.

We are also happy meeting in social work buildings or cafes if suitable.
