We support 120 New Scots annually with their training and employment needs. We aim to make them job-ready through the provision of various activities.
What does the support look like?
• CV building and writing
• Understanding Rights and Responsibilities in the workplace
• Overcoming anxiety at interviews
• Understanding Scottish work culture
• Understanding how to access the job market
• Providing structured volunteering opportunities for young New Scots and their families
• Offering mentorship for up to 12 months during and after volunteering opportunities
• Providing health and well-being activities for young people and their families
