The City of Edinburgh Council funds a range of employability projects to ensure that anybody who needs help can access it. They can help you with:
- training
- learning
- volunteering
- finding work
- progressing in work.

NEXT STEP EDINBURGH
Led by Community Renewal Trust, this service provides support to people who are looking for employment.

ALL IN EDINBURGH
This is a service for people with a disability or long-term health condition. They can help you secure, sustain and progress in employment. It is run by ENABLE Works, Forth Sector, Into Work and The Action Group.

ENCOMPASS
This service supports people with complex barriers to education, training or employment. This includes people in recovery from:
• substance misuse
• previous offending behaviour
• homelessness
• other complex issues.
It is run by Access To Industry.

ADVANCE - IN WORK EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
This service supports people who are already in work but need support to keep their job or progress in employment. They can also help you maximise your income.
